Yet another gastronomic event in the Masné Krámy restaurant: “Steak specialities”

17. 9. 2012

České Budějovice, 17th September 2012 – For the second year, the head chef of the Masné krámy restaurant Luděk Hauser has prepared the gastronomic event called "Steak Specialties". The restaurant's menu is offering six new dishes made from beef, pork, ostrich and horse meat from noon today until Sunday 23rd September. The choice of meat specialties will be completed by several atypical side dishes, pumpkin soup or a dessert made from pears stewed in red wine.

"Beef sirloin with chantarelles, rump steak with string beans and horse tenderloin slices ranked amongst last year's favourites, so we have opted for these dishes this year as well. Newly we included ostrich meat in the menu. We hope that less typical side dishes, such as grilled honey corn and Old Czech peeled barley with mushrooms and bacon will capture the guests," says the Masné krámy restaurant's head chef Luděk Hauser.
